Chat assistant: the messages you exchange with our assistant are logged,
together with a session identifier stored in a cookie (
ithcc_chat_session, 7-day lifetime). Logs are used to respond to inquiries and improve the assistant. Please do not enter protected health information (PHI) or confidential data in the chat. - Analytics: we collect page views and general interaction events (e.g., which pages are visited) to understand how the site is used.
Text messages (SMS)
When you text one of our business numbers, such as (786) 998-8581, we receive your mobile number and the messages you send, and we reply about your request. Replies may include links, phone numbers and short audio messages. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your number is used only to answer your request.
What we don't do

Retention & requests
Contact and chat records are retained as long as needed to handle inquiries and improve our services. To request deletion of your data, email info@ithcc.com.
