ithcc_chat_session, 7-day lifetime). Logs are used to respond to inquiries and improve the assistant. Please do not enter protected health information (PHI) or confidential data in the chat. - Analytics: we collect page views and general interaction events (e.g., which pages are visited) to understand how the site is used.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Retention & requests
Contact and chat records are retained as long as needed to handle inquiries and improve our services. To request deletion of your data, email info@ithcc.com.
